These terms are an agreement between you and Think Sharp ("we", "us") about your use of thinksharp.com and the Think Sharp app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Think Sharp
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they agree to these terms for you. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
What Think Sharp is, and is not
Think Sharp offers short exercises and real world drills for practicing focus, memory, speed, flexibility, and reasoning, and tools to track your practice.
Think Sharp is for cognitive practice and habit building. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Scores and trends describe how you did on our exercises. They are not a medical, psychological, or educational assessment, and we do not promise any particular result. If you have concerns about your health, talk to a qualified professional.
