Try 5 practice cards. Nothing is timed, and a hint follows each answer.
Then play a 45 second round for points. Right answers in a row fill the meter and raise your multiplier, and the level climbs as you go.

Left arrow (or D) is Different. Right arrow (or S) is Same.

How to play

Spot Match practices tracking where things are. Remember where the filled marker sits on the last card. If the new card has it in the same place, answer Same. If it has moved, answer Different. The layout grows as you get cards right. Use the left and right arrow keys, or the buttons.
